
Saint Aloysius Cemetery is located in the Indian Orchard neighborhood of Springfield, on the grounds long associated with Saint Aloysius of Gonzaga Parish, founded in 1873. The cemetery dates to approximately 1875 and was welcomed into the diocesan system in 1998. Set on about 25 acres, the cemetery holds more than 13,700 burials and offers ground burial in flush memorial and upright monument lots. Saint Aloysius Cemetery remains a peaceful place of rest and remembrance for families with deep roots in the Indian Orchard community.
